I don't see any reason why not! All of the cupcakes I have made so far are all new to me! I never made Hello Kitty ones before. Google is my friend for ideas!

how on earth do get the chocolate to make a hello kitty? Do you have a mold for that? You can FM me if you don't want to give your secrets away publically

Basically I go to my friend Google and find an image that I want to use. I put it on a Word document and get it to the size that I want and print it out. I melt the melting chocolate and put it in a squirt bottle. Put some parchment paper on top of my image that I printed out and make the shape that way.
Stick them in the fridge for a few minutes and they are good to go!

You are genius!!! I never would've thought of the squirt bottle. I guess the chocolate can't be too hot otherwise it wouldn't keep form right? Sorry for all the questions....I am just in awe of you

Ask away! I'm pretty much making it up as I go along! I hope that I get better the more cupcakes I do!
The chocolate is melted, but not to the point where it is liquid, KWIM? And you'd be amazed how much you can use in a squirt bottle and it's still melted enough to keep using.
My only problem is now I have to find some sort of candy coloring. Sometimes I want to make a chocolate color that they don't make and you can't use regular food coloring or gel coloring because it makes the chocolate sieze up... quite fascinating... the chocolate literally turns solid as you are mixing it and you can't melt it anymore! Like I said, learning as I go!

I showed them to Lucas this morning and he immediately said "Hello Kitty!" I had no idea he knew who Hello Kitty was! Apparently a girl in his class introduced him to it. I think our boys would be totally happy with these cupcakes!
