HELP! - Chicken Pox Vaccine Rash Question
DS got the chicken pox vaccine almost 3 weeks ago. This morning when I went to change him, his entire body is covered in a red rash. It's flat and not raised, but the rash is everywhere. He doesn't seem to be bothered by it at all.
For any of you whose DC had the reaction to the vaccine.... what did it look like? Was it all over their body?
And does anyone know if DC can go to daycare with the rash??? Sometimes I really wish the doctor opened earlier!!

I am not sure--I know its a live virus so you can get a slight case-I would not send him but that is jmho. Its a holiday weekend and probably alot of people have places to go. Try googling it. good luck!

Yeah, I checked the paperwork they gave us when he got the shot and it said that people who have low immune systems should not be around a child who is having a reaction to the shot. I wouldn't want to bring him around any kids who have not had their shots yet.
Ugh... I guess there's no work for me today!
