HELP! A few ear infection questions....

HELP! A few ear infection questions....
Madelyn (almost 3) woke up crying this morning complaining her ear hurts. She's never had an ear infection- but I'm assuming that's what it is. Of course I call our pediatrician's office (they have weekend hours) and they can't get her in til tomorrow.
Should I:
A. Ride it out til tomorrow
B. Go to an Urgent Care place by myself with a near 3 year old AND a 17 month old.
Has anyone used those ear drops they sell OTC for ear pain? Will those work?

Is she running a fever?
I think that might help me to decide ....I loathe ear infections

I would give her motrin and see if you can wait until tomorrow, unless she has a fever.

My dd never ran a fever and had a double ear infection. I would take her to an urgent care especially if she woke up in pain. Good luck.

Nope- she is fine otherwise. Just keeps going, "Ooooooh- my ear hurts, Mommy!!!".
I think I'm going to get those ear drops- I asked my neighbor and she swears by them getting rid of the ear pain.

BTW- I gave her Mortin about an hour ago and she hasn't made a peep about it since.
