Help! I got called for jury duty 2x once in my married name and served, and now in my maiden name

And I changed my name 6 yrs ago when I got married , changed it then, and when I got the stupid questionnaire I called them last summer to ask why it came in my married name and they said it was from my voters registration- so I change that a year ago, and I still get a jury duty notice in my maiden name. Mind you I served jury duty in Jan 2010, and this keeps happening every 6 yrs to me. What do I do? I have sent in certified letters, copies of my marriage certificates,have gone in in person, filled out forms, changed my name on everything. HELP!!!

Just call the number on the summonses and explain it. It'll be fine. It happens pretty frequently.

Just call and talk to them - I have gotten summons to my parents home (I haven't lived there in over 10 years) in my maiden name. In fact when I moved again this year I got yet another summons this time to my most recent old address BUT again in my maiden name (I have been married 6 years). They can't explain it to me - but they just sent me another one to the correct address with my correct name. I'm excused b.c I'm a SAHM to 2 under 3 - but it was ridiculous. They told me their system is several years behind in some cases.
