Spin Off - Jury Duty Question - married name

so i served jury duty in 2004 under my maiden name.
i just got called again, but under my married name. i know you are good for 6 years though.

i actually still have the copy of me attending in 2004 (if you can belive that)

what do i do?

should i just send the copy of my attendace in 2004 and a marriage certificate? do i send a letter with that?

same thing happen to me and I just had to call and they dismissed me. There is a number on the ticket you get in the mail.
