help! massage question
When they say a massage can be dangerous while pregnant, what about the quickie 1 min one u get at the nail salon while your nails are drying?? I just got that and now I am freaking out bc I am in the 2ww!! Are those ok???

Those are probably fine. Deep tissue massages, steam rooms, and saunas are bad.

Thanks  I'm over-analyzing everything right now.. it's like "ohhh man I breathed too heavily a second ago, I wonder if that will impact anything"   It's going to be a long two weeks.... but to play it safe, I'll ask for JUST a mani next time!

This was just one of those quickies at the nail salon while my nails were drying..
I'm sure it's fine, but I go nuts anyway!!  Everyone I ask keeps telling me it's fine, but I just can't help it!! I'm so afraid of messing this up somehow!!

OMG thank you!! This helped me 10000% I was going to ask him about this but I have been asking him so many questions lately, that I didn't want him to think I was being ridiculous!  Thanks!!!!!!!

do you mean real like deep tissue massages? he said they are OK?

A one minute massage is totally safe - they don't hit any pressure points and aren't long enough to do anything.
As for regular massages, if you get them just be sure that you see someone certified in prenatal massages. There is a place by me that I went to a lot when I was pregnant and loved!
