help me find a place for a field trip!
need ideas for a field trip next Spring for my 8th graders- We've done six flags and hershey in the past and want to do something fun like that, but different.
No more than 2-3 hours away, because it is a day trip and we don't want to be home at midnight.

help me find a place for a field trip!
Does it have to be an amusement park? I guess you could do Splish Splash but I feel like that would be a nightmare with 8th graders.

Adventure Park in Wheatley Heights.
A friend was here over the weekend with his kids and said it was great.

i went on a field trip with one district for this. the kids loved it. both teachers and students went through the park.

Holiday Hill in CT is where we used to go for 8th grade trip. It's AMAZING.
Club Med is another, similar place.
Eta: or it might be called club getaway?

I recently found out there's a ropes course open to the public on the grounds of South Oaks. It's not readily advertised.
They actually do camp in the summer too!
