Help me set a price

I do social media consulting on the side and charge anywhere from 400-650 a month for ongoing maintenance of my clients' social networks. I have a prospective client looking for me to work on a project basis and I can't figure out what to charge. Here is what is needed:

- development of a FB page
- establishing a twitter account
- FB ads

This is a very, very niche audience that I need to target that will require an awful lot of research. That's why I am so stumped.

It would be up to him how much he wants to spend on FB ads so that doesn't count - I would just bump that price up a tad for my creating the advert so I am really looking at my time for establishing the networks, doing the research to find the right fan base and ongoing maintenance.

So... What price tag would you set on this, knowing it is a project for a few months and not an ongoing client.

I'm going to say 1k. Only because it's not just maintence but research
