HELP! Need assistance on making Troy's new room "work" for me

So we moved to a new apt on July 1. Troy's room is bigger than his old room, but it doesn't "work" for me.

In his old room, we had taken the doors off the closet (double wide) and put the changing table in there with a closet organizer. In the organizer I had all the necessary items (wipes, diapers, onesies, etc) handy.

Now in his new room, I have no where to put the necessities near the changing table.

Here are some pics from his NEW room, which is causing me agony.

This is the doorway into the room

Here is the crib, 1 window and changing table. The changing table is flush against the window with maybe 1 foot on the other side, where I keep the diaper champ next to the wall.

Sorry this one is so bright, this is the rocker, other window and dresser.

And this is the rest of the dresser, closet and doorway.

I do not want to put the crib or changing table near a window-unlike how they are now.

ANY suggestions are appreciated. I do not want to spend $$$$ on new furniture, but want something that works. Esp since we are going to (hopefully) be TTCing soon, and both kids will be in there. TIA!!

What is in the closet? Does it have shelves, etc...?

No shelves, just a bar. i had thought about doing something like we had in his old room, but DH was kind of against it. BIGGEST reason (and I agree) is we have no coat closet and no linen closet, so we are using Troy's closet as those.

You have a window on each wall, a closet on another and the doorway. I'm not sure where you would put the changing table or crib without it being near a window? Chat Icon I see you have two dressers, do you use both? Maybe move the smaller dresser into the closet? Can't you use the bins below the changing table for the creams, diapers etc.? Do you have a diaper stacker that you can hang on one end of the changing table?

I am pretty sure I can't move the crib or changing table, that is what is frustrating me. Yes, we use both dressers.

Currently under the changing table are bins which contain most of the things I need, but diapers and some other things are in the big dresser (a few feet away).

Don't have a stacker, but suppose I could check that out.

Thanks!
