help with job situation

so I worked at the us open for a store and it's been almost a month and I only got one check.
I have been calling them and no answer.

can I take any action in this case?

I think you might be able to contact the Department of Labor about it.

Click on "how can employees obtain assistance in collecting wages owed to them by their employer" - one of the questions near the bottom.

A: The Division of Labor Standards investigates and endeavors to collect claims for unpaid or withheld wages including illegal deductions. Also enforces the prohibition against illegal kickback of wages and tip appropriation.
