Help...is this my period and is it even possible??

I began natually miscarrying about 4.5 weeks ago. Exactly 4 weeks ago today is when it got really intense. My doctor finished it off (and I won't go into detail right now on what that entailed ) that Monday. I bled for about a week and that was that. I've been going for blood tests ever since and Thursday's level was 37.

Sooo...yesterday I began verrry lightly spotting and today it is red blood. Is it even possible to get your period back with a small amount of pregnancy hormones in your system? If not, what could this be?

I had this when I had my ectopic, my doctor thought it was very unlikely that it was my period, but that it is just your body trying to regulate itself. When my numbers hit zero, I didn't get AF for another week or so.
