He's crying in his sleep...
Sorry I'm posting so much about this. But he's crying in his sleep because it hurts....
He loves to run around, to jump, dance, climb, and play. This is really very difficult for me. I am so upset about this.... Is this going to affect him???? Is he going to run around and be happy again when he gets better????

awww..... poor baby. It hurts your heart much more than it hurts him I'm sure. He'll forget all about it once he's all healed up.

I know that anytime Maddie *really* hurts herself (you know the kind- when they do the silent, open mouth while they catch their breath before hitting dolphin pitch) it's like knife through my soul.
Ugh- when she was teensy, I accidently clipped her fingertip REALLY BAD and she screamed bloody murder. I cried longer than she did.
I don't even want to remember the first time she got her shots. The look of sheer horror and confusion was torture for me.
I wish as mommys we had a superpower that could take away pain.

Don't worry about him moving too much! I don't think he will be able to. It will hurt too much.
It will hurt for a while.
