highlights or single process color?
My hair is naturally blonde, it used to be much lighter but I have not had highlights done in over a year (I was pg). I want my hair to be light again, like Reese Witherspoon light, but it is more like this color. (that is not me in the pic)
Do you think I should go for highlights, which will be more of a subtle change, or a single process? Image Attachment(s):
