Honestly, neither. I like Obama, he's the senator of my state, but I just don't think he's ready for it yet. He needs more experience in the economy, foreign affairs and leadership. I think having those things under his belt would give him even more credibility. I think he'd be a much better candidate in 2012.
I completely agree! Thankfully I will not be forced to choose between the two.

Same here but with Hillary as VP. I dont think she would get enough votes as President & it would cost them the election.

Barack Obama doesn't have enough experience and, quite frankly, I've had my fill of presidents not having enough experience.
Hillary Clinton's stand on illegal immigration is appalling. I never cared for much for her. However, if Bill was on the ticket with her as VP, I would vote for that combo in a heartbeat.
That said, I would vote for John Edwards. I liked him from the beginning and I like what he has to say.

Neither.
though i'm republican, i don't vote just based on party (nor sex, nor nationality).
i guess if these were the only 2 options, i'd pick Obama just because the thought of hillary as president makes me nauseaus. seriously.
he's WAY inexperienced, but comapred to her corruption, maybe that's not such a bad thing 
And, since he doesn't really believe in actually *answering* quetsions, i can't hate him for his platforms.. 'cause i still have no idea what they are
McCain and Lieberman... that would make my heart happy

I agree somewhat...Firstly, ALL politicians are smack-talkers...They all promise, promise, promise and not always deliver...We need to keep that in mind when we think off all the things they say to us...60% of all that jazz is only said to win popular opinion and thus win the presidency...They know what we want to hear so they spill it all for us and so we vote in their favor.
Obama is young as most of us agree, he is not experienced enough to handle issues on a glogal level yet, especially now when the world is set on the most dangerous and sensitive stage it has ever been.
Hilary is a GREAT Senator, she also has the experience being that she was first lady (and a very vocal one at that) for 8 years...PLUS she has Bill as first "man" backing her up and who better than a former president to advise her.

Lieberman is representing his state as an Independent. The Democrats didn't back him in the primary. Rudy is my choice!

I don't think it could happen. and if it even could, it would never get the votes. that's why i dont feel so positive about democracy really working the way it was intended to
but, if it could... i think those 2 could really meet the needs of more people in the country than most others....

I llike Obama better, but he does not have the experience. Maybe the next election, but he's just too new at this now.
I don't personally like Hillary, but she has done some things I do like (and some I don't). My personal feelings about a candidate really don't matter, it's the person's ability to do the job.
I really hope one of them wins though, or at least a republican with a different outlook. We've had too many bad years with the current Pres. Can't wait till he's gone.

I think the fact that Barack Obama is young and has not been in the Washington politica game for decades is refreshing. We've had a lot of presidents with lots of "experience" who have done a terrible job. I admire Barack Obama's efforts to get out and hear what real people have to say. I feel like he really cares about the everyman, and that's what I like about him. There's a long time until the election and a LOT can change, but at this stage of the game, he ahs my support.
I absolutely fell in love with him at the DNC in 2004 and I knew then he would be running for Presin 2008 or 2012 and that he would have a good chance at my vote.
