Hip and Sciatica pain...esp at night
Oh it is BAD for me...
When I'm driving my left side goes numb...
At night (even with the body pillow) I have to turn sides at least 1 - 2 times per hour..
I don't know what to do! Tylenol helps slightly but I dont want to take too much.
Maybe I should try a heating pad? I was even reading about prenatal massages and chiropractic care that spec. in pregnancy...
what makes me nervous is that i still have 3+ months to go!

Oh god. The hip pain is really bad for me too! I have to stretch my leg straight up in the air in the middle of the night, several times. Not that it helps..
Good luck. If you find something let me know. It sucks!

Feel better!!

Re: Hip and Sciatica pain...esp at night
I have hip pain on my left side...but it happens when I'm laying on my right side. My Chiropractor said that my hip is becoming raised on one side and not the other. He is currently trying to make them even again b/c he said the worse I let it get the more painful giving birth may be.
I would say check out a chiropractor for the hip. I know many people don't like them but I don't know what I'd do without mine!
