Holiday cards - is it early??

I received 1 so far, that's it. Either I'm a loser or it's early??? I have a nice new card holder and 1 card. Oh the irony of that purchase!

I know that alot of peope and business' are not doing cards this year.

I sent out 200 hand addressed and signed cards for work. We haven't really gotten many yet

I mailed some of my personal cards today.

My friends and I were talking about this the other day. No one has gotten any yet, its very odd. Usually by now I have a 2 dozen at least!

We have received only 3 so far. I just ordered mine last night. I hope to get them this week and send them out ASAP.

I also saved up a lot of single use codes and got mine down from $54 to $14.97. I figure that I spent about the same on the non-photo cards last year so it is not so bad. I had to find a photo I liked of the kids - that was what took me so long. I think if you spend the $ for a photo shoot, then just get the photo cards it can be $$$, but we just took the photo ourselves.

ETS: We have received 9 now, so I think that they are coming.

I only got one card too! I personally am not sending any out because of finances between getting pics done, paying for the cards and stamps. I'm sure a lot of people are feeling the same way

I just ordered mine last night, so I'm kinda last minute (not mailing until next week). But I've only received a handful so far. I usually have many more by now. Maybe people are cutting back, or they're slackers like me

I haven't done mine yet. Just took pics with my brother today. We'll see how we like them and then maybe order this weekend or maybe call him tomorrow for a reshoot.

I am behind this year. Just wasn't in the spirit before to do them.

I agree, though, I haven't received a ton yet, either.

I haven't gotten any yet. Then again, I also never sent out change of address cards when we moved over the summer- oops.

I just ordered our cards a couple days ago. They'll be going out sometime this week.

I just send mine out yesterday, maybe people are waiting for the last minute. I also got a new card holder an not one card yet

I usually have tons of cards by now. This year I have only received 7 so far. Mine went out yesterday.

I've only gotten 4 so far, and one of them is one that always comes very early, and it just came this week.

It may just be early, because I haven't received any from people I know are sending them. I haven't done mine yet. I have boxes of generic cards in the with decorations, that I haven't gotten out yet.

i sent mine last week and i've received about 10 so far. We moved, so i think once people saw our card with the new address, we were added to their list.

I have only gotten 5 so far...

but I have gotten 3 virtual cards this year from my friends with their kid's pics on it...explaining they are broke.

I've received 3 and 1 is from my mom Personally, I'm mailing mine out tomorrow. They've been ready but I had to wait for my stamps to get mailed. But yeah, I was thinking the same thing.

We got a bunch. We havent sent ours out yet. People will have to deal. I'm going to get the Chanukah ones out before the holiday is over. The others will follow and will be out before Christmas.

We have received about a dozen and I hope to get mine out the middle of next week. Thanksgiving was late this year which really tighten's the available time between the holidays. When it falls earlier in November (sometimes as early as the 23rd) you have almost an extra week to get stuff done. Now, in addition to finances, I think a lot of people are scrambling just to get shopping and other stuff done and haven't all gotten to cards yet.

I'd say I've received maybe ten.

I sent out almost 100 this past Monday.
