Holy Back Pain....
Yes the baby is officially growing into my sciatic nerve!!!!!!!!! I was at Stop & Shop with DS and I actually had to take a few stops to lean over on the cart. By the time I got home I was in tears. After putting DS to bed I put my feet up but it's still throbbing. What should I do heat?? Ice?? GUN???

This has been me ALL week!!..I havent gotten to the pain where I cant move...But everytime I step on my left foot I have a shooting pain in my tailbone! I dont have the pain all the way down my leg though!
I havent been doing anything..just suffereing

My back has been on fire for a week now and we moved on Sunday which just threw me over the edge..
Hopefully it will let up for you soon

My back pain just started yesterday and I am so uncomfortable. It feels like a pinched nerve...can't even bend down.

Try some easy stretching. My doctor said to slowly and carefully pull up my knee to my chest and hold for 10-20 seconds. Repeat a few times. Do this every day (I only do it when I have a lot of pain though).

My back has really been hurting me so last night I went out and bought the SNOOGLE at BBB and let me tell you...my back feels so much better now! You should look into getting that pillow
