Holy Leg Cramps
I've been getting such bad leg cramps at night - sometimes its hard to get rid of it. I'm drinking my water, I know potassium is good too.
Anyone else?

I get them too. Flex your ankle, pointing your toes to and from your calf until you get tired, it helps blood flood. Definitely try to up your water uptake too.

Ive been having them too! I wake DH up and he rubs my calf until it goes away but the last one took forever to go away!

IDK if it's luck or what- however, the days that I make sure I drink a gallon of water & eat a banana, I'm fine... If I go without those things, I end up waking up in the middle of the night... GL!
