home inspections
two questions about the inspection:
is the seller/homeowner usually there when it takes place?
would it be strange if we took some room measurements while they were doing the inspection?

home inspections
when i had mine done the seller was there but had to leave. her RE agent stayed. it's not strange to do measurements...i did. :)

The seller wasn't there for us - which was great because the inspector spent a lot of time going into detail and giving us the real picture, which was great. We did measurements while we were there also
