Hope this isn't a dumb question..breathable bumpers

I set up the breathable bumpers, but now I can't seem to attach anything so that when my LO sleeps, she doesn't drool all over the sheets. Is it safe to just have something loose laying under her head? A burp cloth?

If I used regular bumpers then I could tie this quilted (sorry, can't think of the word right now) thing underneath her to lay her on...but I don't want to do that...suggestions? TIA

No I wouldn't leave anything loose under her head like that. I haven't used the breathable bumpers, but there is no way to adjust them so that you can tie the sheet saver underneath it? I would probably just take it off. i doubt she'll get a foot/hand stuck in the slats.

I never needed to do that but can't you just move the breathable bumpers up on the slats, tie on whatever you need below and move them back down? Ours move up and down easily.

I tried, but when I try to push it down it gathers right by the start of her mattress. I'm going to give it another look...thanks!

ITA - you can totally use the product you mentioned with the breatheable bumpers. I have.

I've done this with breathable bumpers. We just tied the material for under the head down low on the crib slats. We never had an issue.
