Im so so sorry to hear that. It truly must be devestating. I wish I had advice or could tell you what to do about it.
If you truly want a child, DE is a possibility still and I would focus my energy once you mourn the loss of finding out more about it.

I just returned from the RE......I am devastated....it took all I had to not break down in the office in front of the doctor.
He said that I def have premature ovarian failure (pof), this means that my eggs are not of a good quality....my FSH was 42, he said that they will not harvest my eggs, because they would not work.
My one tube that we had been told was blocked is not, so he said that there is a slim -slim possibility that I could get pregnant on my own, although not very likely because of the egg quality.
He said that I should be on hormones, because I am in peri-menopause, but if I want to have child either through ivf (egg donor) or on my own, than I should not do it.
I am so devastated, my insurance will only cover me having IVF through Dr. Rosenfelds office. So even if I went for a second opinion, he would not do it with my eggs, it would have to be a donor......
my only option is egg donor......
I just dont understand, I am only 25 years old.....I just can't stop crying!

I am so sorry... I really really know how you feel.. I dont understand this either.
I was just told a similar thing. My DH is really trying to persuade me to do the donor egg and my Dr said it really is my best odds... He didnt refuse me with my own but he did advise against it.. The choice is still mine he will do what ever I want.. I am so sorry for you.. I am sure you are numb right now and cant make any sense out of this. But just let it soak in.. You will be at peace with this someway somehow.. I know how devastated you are.. There are so many things to consider.. Somethings are positive too.
Now I have a woman in my house right now looking up all of these donor egg sights to look at.. I am still upset.. She used donor eggs and has twins. Its so hard for me to be honest about how disappointed i am because she did it herself.. She is my DH's partner and she is staying here till wed.

I am so, so sorry... I understand how devastating this is.
But, if you can financially do it, DE may not be so terrible. Some clinics allow you to choose from a variety of donors as to which matches your profile closest. You can choose someone who has the same basic looks, geneology, education and values as yourself. It might help to make the decision a little easier.

I am so, so, so very sorry Like the others said, I think it's important you just allow yourself some time to mourn. After that, start doing your research and you will make a choice that you can find peace with

I am so sorry I know it's devastating, but like some of the other girls said, take a few days to breathe and think things over. Where there is a will there is a way It will be ok.
