House Hunters.. anyone else totally fustrated??
Im so tired of house hunting.. to say the least. Was supposed to have an inspection on a house today and the seller decided doesnt want to sell now. We gave up on another accpeted bid for this house. Now the other house accepted a lower bid bc they said were to flighty.  Dont think Ill ever have a home.. vent over. thank you

The right house will happen, we lost a few houses in our hunt, something just always through a wrench in it...but eventually we got the right onw, and were so happy.

yeah DH and I feel so lost, we are thinking of renting for a few years. Just not happy with anything out there right now.

I totally here where you are coming from.
I finally found something I love, and things are moving... but, still..anything can go wrong, KWIM?
the GOOD thing is: you won't settle. soo many people do...they settle just to be done with it..& regret it later.
it will be all worth it once you find a place you love.

Ugh - we are still mourning the last house we didn't get despite our great offer. We almost had it and then someone else swooped in and started a bidding war
Now DH and I are back to living and breathing every listing site only to see the same old stuff every day in the area we like. It's so discouraging. And I have to say that the whole "it wasn't meant to be" and "when the time is right, it will happen" - is just not cutting it anymore.

Same here. Now we are thinking we just can't get what we want on LI and we can't wait much longer. And we have a great budget but there is just nothing on!!!

I'm getting so impatient. I've gotten to the point where I'm looking at Marlboro or Manalapan NJ, DH is so against it bc of the commute to the city, but you get such gorgeous houses for our budget and much more house for your money!!!!
