Houston........we have a tooth! (Well, almost!!)
So FINALLY at 11 months 1 week old it looks like my DD will have her first tooth. It sure did take long enough!!! Yesterday she had a runny nose all day and kept yanking and puling on both ears. She went to bed at her regular time but woke up at 11:45 and was up until 3:15am crying off and on, low grade fever, very clingy, and she wouldn't let me near her mouth. I finally managed to get a peek and her gum on the bottom left is swollen and white and the gum itself is already split a little. It looks like a tooth is cutting through. It's about time!!  (I will miss her gummy toothless smile though  )

She's great- slept 10 hours last night! Woot woot! I'm sorry teething comes with sleepless nights and fevers... but the first tooth is always exciting!!

That's awesome!! It's so great when they STTN. Makes such a difference!! I think she's been teething forever (like months and months) but now it's the tooth cutting through so I think that's why last night was so miserable. She's doing ok today though..........eating, drinking. Fairly happy. She just went down for a nap a little while ago. Thank goodness!!

Oh good.......my DD wasn't alone then!! I thought she was the only baby on earth with no teeth yet!!!

LOL, DS turned 11 months today and just got his first TWO teeth last week. Yup, his bottom left popped through and then two days later his top left So watch out, you might have another one before you know it!!

Thanks!! It's been tiring. She's not herself. I think she might even have a slight cold which is making it worse on her. Hopefully the tooth pops soon and she will feel better. Poor baby.

Lexie is still toothless too! I think she has two coming in though, same ideas swollen, pulling on ears, clingy...Can't believe how big our babies are getting!
