It very rarely happens. I spent a long weekend with a friend in Florida who spent all of $7 in four days. I was amazed!

I could easily go a week without spending any money. I bring lunch from home, bring coffee from home, and don't really stop any place else after work other than the gym!

I almost never spend money unless I set out to go shopping. I rarely just "stop" for coffee (or in my case, tea). When I'm working during the school year, I go an entire week without spending any money until it's time to go grocery shopping and fill up with gas.

I feel like I hemorrhage money, honestly! In order for me to not spend money, I need to stay home. Although I guess during the school year, I don't spend money on most work days unless I need gas or to food shop. But still, with two kids, a car, a job, etc., I feel like I'm always shelling out money.

Most days. In an average week, I only spend money on gas. I bring lunch in every day, and DW does all the home food shopping. I don't buy much during the week, either, even at stores.

I can go a few days, especially if I bring lunch, but inevitably, I have to put gas in the car.

I actually challenge myself sometimes to go certain periods of time without spending money for a day.
i do that too! i dont challenge myself because i spend a lot of money, i just challenge myself to "not break the 20" thats in my wallet on a monday through the course of a week- there's lots of times when i dont spend a dime over the course of a week (excluding food shopping)
