they gave me a chart when i was in the hospital, i didnt use it very long!
same here, I think I was done using it by the third day we were home and I'm overly anal about things...

I started keeping track in this free baby organizer I got somewhere..but it got almost too stressful to remember to write everything down every time. I tossed it after about 2 weeks.

I have a spreadsheet that I got from one of the girls on here. I find it very helpful. It is broken up by hour with rows for wet and dirty diapers and feedings. We find it helpful so we are both filling it out.
