I normally pull my hair back and either do a fancy pony tail, or I pull it up to a small bun, or clip my hair in the back.

I always have the same issue...my hair is very similiar to yours - if I wear it down, I flat iron it. Other than that, I wear it in a low ponytail with side bangs.

I have always done down. It may not be professional, but it is how I feel more attractive!
But if you want to go with something else, I'd say a low ponytail. Is this a casual place, or more formal?
