How do you back DC diaper bag for day care?
DS is going to be starting day care soon and I was just wondering how everyone packed their bags for day care. DS will be 7 weeks.
This is what I have so far:
Diapers
Wipes
Bibs
Burping clothes
Diaper rash cream
Extra outfit
Bottles/Formula
Pacifier
Do you make the bottles before hand? Can you put them in the refrigerator the night before? I'm home with DS now so I never had to worry about making bottles in advance. If I go to my mom or something I just bring a bottle or two, water, and container where I have the formula measured out already. Is there an easier way?

When my daughter started dc almost four years ago, I had to make the formula in advance. I bought the dr. Brown's formula maker that's a pitcher and my husband and I would make the bottles the night before so that in the morning we could just grab and go. Everything on your list is right. My daughter was a spitter upper so I always brought extra clothes and burp cloths to dc.

How do you back DC diaper bag for day care?
I would make the bottles at night. As for the other things it depends on your daycare. Mine all I have to bring is diapers wipes and diaper creme. And I bring in big quantities and not each trip.

I measure out the water for the bottles and then send a case of the powder.

Almost everything is kept in a cubby for DD. We just replace what we are asked to replace and bring in bottles every day. We make them so they are ready to go and we bring one extra.

How do you back DC diaper bag for day care?
The only thing I bring in on a daily basis are bottles - everything else I bring in large quantities and replenish once they have run out. I bring in his bedding on Mondays and bring it home on Fridays to wash.
For bottles - DS is on powder. I pre-measure the water in the bottles and I have a dispenser for the formula in which I pre-measure it (our daycare isn't allowed to measure formula).

When DD started daycare at 6 months they kept diapers, wipes, cream, and changes of clothes there. I would just restock them as needed. So on a daily basis I only had to send in her bottles (already made) and food.
Get the Dr. Browns formula pitcher. I made bottles like you do until DD started daycare and then realized how much easier it was. Everynight I made a pitcher of formula, poured it into the bottles and then just grabbed them out of the fridge as needed. If DD wanted it warm I just used water from the Keurig to heat the bottle. So much easier.

You should ask your daycare. I used BM so the bottles were already made, but I know my daycare will measure out water and formula. so people would just leave the container there and they would make the bottles each day.
i also send in a big package of diapers, diaper cream and they ask for a new package of wipes each month. plus 2 changes of clothes.
