How do you rate yourself looks-wise...a poll.

as silly as your friends sound. even though you think one thing, I want to know what they think.

I think people are embarrassed to give themselves props.

maybe they are afraid of looking conceited. It's a shame.

I have my days, but most of the time I just look okay. I su@k at putting effort into my hair and makeup, won't wear heels, etc. My own fault.

I made an oops, I was supposed to hit beautiful but hit stunning instead.

I think I'm beautiful because I'm confident about myself and who I am, and i honestly feel that is an overall thing.

The way I feel about myself reflects on how i look on the outside, that doesn't necessarily mean that I don't have my days where I don't feel all that good but overall, it took me a long time to be happy with who I am and be accepting of that.

But like they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

i wont lie...i put 'beautiful' cause DH makes me feel that way everyday! ...i think its more about how you feel about yourself as opposed to how people view you, kwim?

I am on the bottom rung of the pretty scale. I don't have warts on my face or anything - but I think in the right light I probably COULD scare a small child.

And - just for the record - it is not a self esteem thing.

I just happen to know my strengths as well as my weaknesses. It still makes me sad once in a while that I am not a stunner - or even pretty like most of the rest of my family. But I have other things going for me. I am bright, I can be funny and I am loyal and loving. I am also a good cook and a great mother. I don't need to be attractive for people to love me or respect me or want to be my friend.

DH got upset when I told him she used to say that to me.

Somedays I look in the mirror and I'm think DAMN you are goodlooking

Then other days, I look at pictures and think "Oh god, this is what people see? I should come with a warning label"

So the 2 cancel each other out making me average.
