How do you rent a hospital pump?
Obviously not for me
She has no idea how to go about renting one. Do they offer this in the hospital or is there a site to order one from?
TIA

If you go to the Medela site, there's a link to pump rental. You can do a search by area.
But some smaller pharmacies rent them out.

1800TellYou is Medela's line and if you type in your zip code, it gives you the 3 nearest places to rent one.

same here. Good Sam hospital had a huge sign for them on the maternity floor, and it was part of the paperwork that you get while you are there.

Re: How do you rent a hospital pump?
The lactation consultant at the hospital gave me a list of places. Incidentally, I was not happy with Mufson's Medical Supply in Smithtown.

Same here the lactation consultant at Stony Brook gave me a list of places. I rented mine from the Centereach Pharmacy for $3 a day. After a wk, we went and bought one.

I wish they told me that!! When I called they said their rentals were $65 per month with no other options.
