How do you spend time with a 2-3 month old

DD just turned 2 months today, and I feel like I'm not stimulating her enough..
She wakes up I put her in her swing, I also do tummy time on the mat with her and she likes to lay on her back on the mat nad look in the mirror...she also loves the bouncy seat, I have the fisher price rainforest one, so she looooves staring at the lights and touching the characters..she is in the glider as well...I have no idea how else to play with her...we read to her some nights as well!!! Any suggestions!!! I have baby einstein videos but I hate to have her start watching tv soooo young (am I crazy about that?)

I have a 2 month old too and know exactly how you feel!

First, I think you're doing a good deal already!
At this age, I don't think there's not much more you can do with them.

I would add taking DC on walks in the stroller and also making faces at him when he's alert. You'll find that DC will try to imitate your facial expressions. :D

We do matt time, bouncer time only when its dinner time, starting to get out of the swing. We often bjorn and I clean the house..I face her forward so she can see everything. Sometimes I just walk outside with her in the bjorn and look around the yard. We go on car rides, and I push her around in the stroller in different places. I love walking around tanger and diving into a few stores to make purchases. Chat Icon We watch baby einstein when shes eating.

You are doing great! At 2 months my ds still wanted nothing to do with the swing, bouncy seat, etc. Bad colic and we spent much of our time soothing him.

Now at 3 months he is much better. Aside from everything you mentioned we do lots of singing and dancing around - he loves music. We also sit on the floor and play with his toys - at this point he is reaching for them and swatting them. We drive around town and go to stores also so mommy doesn't lose her mind.

Its so hard to know what to do all the time but you sound like you are doing perfectly.

My Baby has gotten to be alot more active now that he's 4 months old. Its okay to do what you are doing now at 2 months. Aiden also really liked his mobile at that age and anything that made music
