How do you stay neutral about your current job when being interviewed for another?
I HATE my job but obviously don't want to bad mouth them in an interview. What is the politically correct answer to why I'm leaving? Obviously I can't say no-one does sh*t and no-one is held accountable for it, the employees aren't valued very much, there is 0 communication and 0 teamwork, and just bit*hing and gossiping everyday. Is there even a PC answer for this?

The HR ladies can probably phrase it better but depending on your situation maybe you could say -
you're branching out to a different postion/field not currently offered at your current company
you need more of a challenge with your work and current company is not providing that.

I agree you can try the 2 scenarios. I usually use that the work wasn't challenging enough and going up wasn't an option as for there was nothing available at my current employer. I also tell them I am looking for something different that will have me on my toes all the time and not make me look for work.

Re: How do you stay neutral about your current job when being interviewed for another?
always stay positive - i HATED my last boss with a passion but you'd never know it when I interviewed. even now, i don't badmouth. like one of my first days, someone said something about how he heard my old company was very hard on their employees and very rigid. I said they take good care of their employees (it was the truth - benefits were amazing.)
go for the 'looking for a challenge' route.
