How does this menu sound?

For Jacks Family party at my house.

Burgers
Hotdogs
Grilled Shrimp w/ pesto
Chicken with asparagus and sundried tomatoes
Salad
Baked beans
Corn on the cob
Chicken Fingers
Zucchini Tart
Ziti

Anything I should add/take off?

Wow, you have quite a large immediate family! I'm sure you've already thought of this, but with that many people I'd also make sure that I had some stuff to snack on like chips and maybe a veggie tray. Otherwise, it sounds like a great assortment.

you don't need the zucchini tart (unless it's like a staple)

maybe grill some zucchini instead.

Sorry, I should had added the appetizers.

I will have chips/dips on every table.

Skewers with salami and provolone cheese.

Artichoke Dip and Asparagus Dip

My mother makes a mean Zucchini Tart (I think it's Giada's recipe) so she wants to make a few of them.

I would add if possibel something else for the kids..like Mac and cheese. Unless you know all the kids well and know they will eat the other things, then its perfect. Bu tI know for us, a lot of our family kids dont eat hamburgers or hotdogs ...but maybe we are just weird.
