with my first, they did the first sono at 6 weeks 1 day.....and this time around they did my first at 5 weeks and 4 days...only saw the yolk sac. i've had 5 more since...nuts, i know- high risk, gotta love it!.....i'll be 12 weeks on thursday!

5 weeks, 1 day we saw a sac and fetal pole and start of a yolk sac. We Saw the HB at 6 weeks exactly.

I had one at 5w6d and we saw a blob but no heartbeat.
They assured me it was still early. I first saw the heartbeat at 8 weeks. And now I have my healthy 9-month old bundle of joy.

I didn't get one until 18 weeks at the Level II. The only way they would have done it sooner is if she didn't hear the heartbeat on the doppler.
I didn't go for the ultrascreen.

i was 6 weeks and they were only able to see a sac and a fetal pole - a week later they were able to see the heartbeat ---
they said that i was right on the cusp - and if i would have gone in a day later the heartbeat might have been there
what matters more in this time frame is teh beta numbers!

i had one at 4 1/2 weeks. all they can see is the sac of fluids which looks like a tiny jelly bean. you could not see anything in it.
