how flippin' frustrating is this?!
My brother's birthday is next week (sweet 16!)- I don't know what hip/cool/PHAT (hah) now, so I gave the kid my laptop and pick out some clothes....
He went to HollisterCo.com and ordered 2 shirts. They came yesterday, and 1 was the wrong thing, so I called them, had my shipping refunded, and had to go to the store to pick up the RIGHT shirt.
I go to the store tonight, and they don't HAVE the right shirt in his size, so I have to pick out something else.
When I got home, I asked my sister's opinion on the shirt that I chose instead, and her response was, "Wellll, I HOPE he likes it, because I bought him the same exact one last week....so YOU'RE returning yours!"
How annoying is that?!
I think I had an anxiety attack in that store tonight too. 40, no joke, FORTY 12-yr-olds loitering in a tiny dark room with rave-like music blasting is enough to make me seize.

my sister and I do that a lot. We should just go shopping together to kill the chances of that...that would really make sense...

Pretty frustrating between them messing up and your sister buying the same shirt.
I'd give it one more shot then just give him the money. I know, I know, bad sister but a woman can only take so much of dealing w/the 12 year old "thugs" hanging out over there. I feel your pain, just went shopping w/my girlfriends 14 year old daughter...what an experience that was. I fee like the old sea hag right about now

yeah, i give up on hollister. I'm just getting the CC refund and giving him baseball cleats instead.
