So frustrating
I can't tell you how frustrating it is to call Visa and always end up in another country where the customer service reps barely speak English.

I was beyotching to DH about this the other night! I changed my name finally on my Visa card, and they kept calling me to welcome me to my new Visa (it's an old visa with a new name  ), but the call was definately offshore
