I dont care about my neighbors ages at all. I am just glad that they all keep their houses very nice and are nice people. I didnt do a drive by of the house before we offered to check out the neighbors. Since I've moved in we have gotten 2 new neighbors around are age which is nice as we were the youngest on the block.

Know that I know about the dirtbag neighbors behind us I'm not sure I would have bought this house. Luckily, the neighbors our other two neighbors are great.

I think its hard to pick a house based on neighbors b/c they could move at any time. We were more interested in how the houses around us were maintained. We drove by a few times to see the neighbors around here but it wasn't a real priority to know them on a personal level before buying.

For me, if the neighbors had dogs or not was more important. Thankfully, so far, none do.

Perhaps the most important thing is that there are no registered sex offenders on the block. As long as homes are maintained and they are not loud I couldn't care less about anything else.

my neighbors behind me are the bane of my existance. besides them, my neighbors are gream but these people make some days and nights unbearable. needless to say i have the local police on speed dial

I don't care about their age or whether they have kids or not, but I do care about whether they maintain their home and property.

We choose to live on a small street with only 4 houses on it. Everyone kept their homes neat and tidy which was important to us. Everyone on our block is a lot older, but they are quiet, except for the aholes next door with the 4 dogs!
