How long did it take you to lose the baby weight?
I had my daughter on 9/22..I gained about 40-45 pounds in total...I have lost 33 and have about 10 left to go...just wondering how long it took everyone to lose the weight? Also I had a Csection, can it take longer to lose the weight b/c of that?

Within 3 months I was back down to my pre-pre pregnancy weight  But about 6 months before I got pregnant I lost A LOT of weight, about 15-20lbs, and I still have that to take off. Will probaly take another 4 months or so.

one month and I lost 30lbs total...but i only gained 18 from pregnancy. My weight loss leveled off at about 2 months pp.

Well Im 8.5 months PP and still have 16lbs left.
But, honestly I did nothing to fix that either.

But, honestly I did nothing to fix that either.
i was the same way - when i got pregnant again, DS was 9 months old, and i was still up 14 lbs. plus i had gained 10 lbs right before i got pregnant the 1st time.
so i'm still fat

4 months. I gained 39lbs. And right when I lost it all, I got pregnant again. lol

I gained about 45 pounds while pregnant, and at 7 weeks post partum have only lost 25. It's annoying since most of that came off right away and I haven't really lost anything else.
I've also gained about 30ish pounds since DH and I got engaged, so I want to take that off too. I have a loong way to go, I think.

oh yeah, you're tremendous!!!!
Um, I still have to lose about 60 lbs from when I got pregnant the 1st time (compared to what I weighed when I got married)....but now I'm pregnant again...so I'm not worrying about it now.

about 2 months- i gained 45 lbs with my twins also had a C sesion. by 4 months i was thinner than before ( but not in shape!- just thin- which i didnt think would bother me but it does!!!)
i also lost weight before i got pg- about 5 lbs and for me that is a noticable amt.

Well one year later I'm 6 pounds LESS then I was before I got pregnant. I think I lost all the weight by 6 months but most of it just came off right away (I gained 28 pounds). Oh and I didn't do anything special to lose it, just don't have time to eat as much

I'm 4 weeks past my c/s and have lost all 40 pounds I put on. I definitely need to tone up, but I'm back down to my pre-preg weight.
I was VERY swollen, though, so a LOT of that weight was water weight.

I have heard that if you are EBF then you will loose the weight faster. I lost all of my PP weight with my 1st DS within a couple of months.

took me about 10 days to lose the 20lbs
im now 22days PP and im down a total of 27lbs, so im 7lbs less than prebaby weight
ive been really sick tho (mastitis, PP hemorrhage, colicy baby!    ) so ill be honest and say i have not been eating much

About 10 months.
I lost 22 of the 29 within 2 months. Then I was just waiting for the rest to come off and it didn't so I started working out and watching carbs. By her 1 year birthday I was 10 lbs below PP weight. Oh and I still have a slight shelf above the incision scar.
Give yourself time. It took 9 months to put it on, it'll take that long to get it off.

i gained around 50 & also had a section....DS is 5 weeks old & i have lost all but 17lbs.....the first set of weight loss just came off since i lost about 25 by the time i was released from the hospital...
i do take daily walks with DS but i feel that i hae a lump from the incision i can't get rid of.....

I gained 45 lbs and also had a c-section. I lost it all by 8 weeks PP. I gained a lot of water weight due to severe swelling. I also EBF, which helped me lose weight quickly.

I am still 20 lbs heavier than I was before I had my first baby(almost 5 years ago). I never lost the weight from my first pregnancy. For baby#2 and #3 I lost the weight by 3-4 months PP.
I had 3 babies (4 pregnancies) in 2 years 9 months to the day so I blame it on that
