Didn't get a changing table per se- used the top of her low dresser with a changing pad on it
Still use it at 2.5 for every single change and to get her dressed in the AM and into pjs at night
Ditto this exactly for my DS.

I used a changing pad on the dresser until she was a year.. Then I barely used it. I just change her on the floor, couch or my bed. I got rid of the changing pad a couple of months ago, my dd is 16 months. I don't think it's necessary. For us, it wasn't
