How long did you wait until you were ready to TTC

I brought an OPK on our HM! No luck in Antigua though, so now we're onto our 2nd month of ttc.

i was ready in january, but DH wasn't iin june we booked a trip to Mexico for September. so we both figured our Mexico trip would be the last baby free vaca and we would enjoy it! 
then when we came back from mexico we started TTC.
so to answer your question we started TTC 9 months after i was ready.

I was ready on our honeymoon!  But........ DH said he wanted to wait TWO YEARS!! A year later, he started to get the itch and we are officially starting in two weeks!

I wanted to start in October since we just bought our house this August and my lil sis was getting married in October.
But dh and I just had the talk and for scheduling around my job reasons we agreed to start in March. I know it is the right choice but it just seems like so far away and I want it NOW lol

Same here. We were in no rush because we wanted to spend some married time alone and did a ton of traveling. I wish I got married younger and could continue that, but at 31, I figure I better get started!

About 18 months. The original plan was 2-3 years but once i had a scare involving my fertility we started ASAP!

We started 2 months shy of our 2 year anniversary. We always said we'd wait 2 years-and the itch came on STRONG this summer!

DH was ready the moment we got married  but i wanted to enjoy married life without a baby and wait until we had a house before we started to ttc. Then, i switched jobs and the timing wasn't right so we actually waited a little over 3 years after getting married.

We both agreed that we wanted to be married for at least a year before starting a family. We wanted to have some time for ourselves first. We took a few wonderful vacations this year and toward the end of this summer, we decided to start!

We both originally said 2 years, but I had the itch right away. DH has the itch bad now, which is so convient because I don't have clearance from the doctor!! Hoping that we will be able to start in the new year - which is about a year and a half.

We wanted babies before we even got married, the only thing holding us back was the wedding. Then after the wedding we wanted to pay off some of the debt..but we both got the itch really bad and we're going for it now!! So we started 3 months after our wedding..

We originally wanted to wait 2 years before we started. I got the itch about 9 months into marriage. DH was ready around our 1 year anniversary. We were *planning* on being carefree about it (yeah righhhhht) but my periods started getting insanely irregular and I started to get tested for potential problems. This caused us want a baby even more and now we are consumed by trying!

We also got married in 2007 and started TTC 1 year and 9 months later.
I originally wanted to wait 1 year to TTC and DH wanted to wait 2 years. Well, at the 1 year mark, I knew I wasn't ready so we discussed it again and said we would start trying this year before our 2 year anniversary and by the time it came around, we were both ready and excited.

We were married in 2003 and started to TTC for #1 in late 2006/early 2007. DD was born a couple of months before our 5th anniversary.
