We married 6/04 and planned on waiting 4 years...we didnt really TTC just did the "whatever happens happens" route and DS was born 3 yr 6 m after our wedding day!

we waited a year and a half (almost to the day) to start ttc. we're on month #2.

Married August 2005
TTC since July 08
we waited until we thought, we wanted to be "ready". It has taken us 16 months of TTC and nothing. So if you feel you are ready then go for it because you never know what the future will bring. Things work themselves out.
