How long does frozen sauce stay good for?

I have sauce in the freezee that I made before I got pregnant and couldnt have red sauce (heartburn). Should I chuck it?

honestly, I would defrost it first. it is smells and tastes good, I'd make some pasta to go with it.

if you get that freezer smell, or any other off smell/taste, pour it down the drain.

but in the chance it's still good, I'd at least give it a shot before tossing it.
