Alex is 3.5 - from start to finish, about 30 minutes. I can't give her a bath anymore because of my big belly so we give her a shower, which is quicker, and at the same time uses less water

It is way too long and I am the only one who she will go to bed for.
It takes anywhere from 30-60min just for her to fall asleep from the time she is in the bed, and she wants to nurse, its really exhausting

Anywhere from 15-30 minutes.
I give DD a bath every day, but sometimes she screams to high heaven so I wash her very quickly while simultaneously blocking her from climbing out of the tub. Damn those long legs of hers!
When she doesn't scream, I let her play in the bath for a bit.
Then lotion, pjs, goodnight kisses to Daddy, bottle and bed.
I used to read to her every night but then she started grabbing the book out of my hand so now I sing or I tell her stories I know by heart.

Bath, lotion, pj's, brush teeth, nurse (5 min), bed!
Ryan is 12 months.

About an hour, but its the funnest hour of the day for us!!!
Noah has a nice long bath, which his daddy and I do together, we catch up on the day, and its great fun. Then we go MENTAL for about 20 minutes...and jump around and have fun, and then he gets read 2/3 stories.. We love it!!

Jacob is 2.5 and the bedtime routine takes about 30 minutes from start to finish.
