How long should fever last with ear infection?
DS is on his 4th day of high fevers (was 103.5 this morning and highest has been 103.9). Is this normal?

Hmmm...give it until tomorrow and if the fever isn't gone call the dr. It does take a couple of days for the antibiotics to start to clear up the infection.

I agree. He may also have a random virus with the ear infection. That used to happen to Damien when he was a baby.

Megan never had high fevers with an ear infection.  she's had 3 ear infections and never had a fever accompany them. I'd probably call the doctor today.
