How many feeding and ounces per day does your infant take
Now that she has started to sttn, she seems to sometimes "miss" a feeding. She was taking 5 and now its 4.

Ann is still taking 3-4oz every 3-4 hours and doesn't sleep thru the night wth any regularity

Good! How old is DD? How many oz is she taking in?
She will be 12 weeks thursday and takes anywhere between 4-6 oz over 4 hours.

DS is a 3.5 months... he has about 5.5 to 6 oz every 4 hours. Has about 5 bottles a day

DD is 2 months this Friday
She takes about 7oz, 4-5 times a day (about every 4-5hrs)

DS is 5.5 months.
He drinks anywhere from 30 - 40 oz per day.

I am pretty sure that if she is doing 4 bottles of 6 oz per day, that you need to up the amount in each bottle or go back to 5 bottles but maybe feed her a little sooner than every 4 hours so she can still STTN and get all of her ounces in. My DD has been STTN since she was 6 weeks old (thankfully!) and has been on an every 3 hours feeding schedule since she came home from the NICU. It works for us... maybe it'll work for you too?  
ETA: I think for babies 12 weeks old, the 'suggested' ounces per day is 26-32 ounces.

WOW. I'm starting to feel like I am starving my child but she really can't seem to handle more than 4oz a feeding even at almost 11 weeks!!

Not at all! If that is what your DD can eat, then that is her! All babies are different. As long as she is gaining weight and your ped is comfotable with her size, no worries! The guidelines that I followed from my ped for adding more ounces is this:
Once DD is draining (not leaving any formula behind) EVERY bottle within a 24 hour period, go up 1/2 ounce for the next day's bottles and keep DD at that ounce amount until she drains all the bottles again in a 24 hr period. Then go up 1/2 ounce again. HTH!

DS is 7 weeks on Thursday and he's eating 7-8 oz per feeding, anywhere between 3.5-5 hrs apart. He makes it 6-7 hours at night. (not really STTN, but close. Last night was 11-5:45.)
Approx 40-42 oz/day.
Yesterday, he went nuts. He couldn't get enough and wanted to cluster feed from 6-9pm. He downed 12 ounces in those 3 hrs. He never looks to cluster feed - must be some growth spurt or something.

DD (7 weeks tomorrow!) is getting 4-5 oz (mostly 4.5oz) every 3-4 hours. She just began going longer stretches of sleep and "missing" a night feeding. Last night though she sttn and "missed" two feedings. I'm thinking that I'm going to feed her 5 oz every 3 hours today to make up for it, hope thats right. I'm so confused with this missing feeding because of sttn, my ped says I don't have to "make up for it" throughout the day but that just doesn't seem right to me?
