Re: How many homes did you look at before buying one?

We looked for about 7 months. I would guess we went to look at between 50 and 60 homes. Im glad we did though... learned a lot and when we walked into out house we knew right away! GOOD Luck and hang in there... it can be very frustrating!

In our neighborhood, probably only 10. We would have lookedat more if there were more to look at.

I'd say 50+. We literally looked every weekend for a year.

tons online the one we bought was the first we went into, though we did look afterwards b/c they took someone's offer before i had the courage to give it the ok. luckily their first buyer fell through w/financing and we got it. love it - seemed like it was meant to be for us :)

Like the others we had a strict budget. We worked with a great real estate agent. We totally loved her!

I'd say we looked at about 20-30 houses in person. We also looked online tons, MLSLI was a constant!

Good Luck! Chat Icon

I can only remember 35 that we visited in person, though there may have been more...

This was in two months.

We looked at a ton. The problem is in our price range the house are awful. We are going to hold out another yr so we can move up in our price range.

It is nuts what is out there and what they are asking for themChat Icon

In person about 10. In the town we wound up buying in 3. We knew when we walked into this one that it was something special to us.
