They change diapers every 2 hours at daycare and if they have a BM.
So at least 8-9 times per day.

Hmm I only change her about 4-6x/day. She sleeps 11-12hrs at night though so no diaper changes once she goes down for the night

Every 2 hours unless she BM's.
Since she's only awake about 13 hours a day, that's about 6 or 7.
