How many transfer on first ivf
If you had more than one embryo available to transfer how many did you? 1 or 2? I am under 35 no prior miscarriage just history of endometriosis. I would be ok with multiples

2. I was 32 for my first transfer. Transferred two. Bfn
I was 33 for my second transfer. Transferred 2. Resulted in my 4 yo dd.

I had 4 IVF cycles. Transferred 2 for all of them, 3 were BFN and the last resulted in BFP with DD.

Depends on lots of factors.. the quality.. what day they are... but if they're both good quality and you're ok with multiples, I'd transfer 2.
We had lots of other issues going on my first IVF which factored into the decision to transfer THREE. I had triplets from that cycle but from two embryos. (Which... brings me to my next point. An embryo splitting is possible, though not likely. )

How many transfer on first ivf
Our 1st IVF cycle we had 4 and transferred 2. 1 took and 1 didn't. we froze the other 2.
Did a frozen cycle we put both in both negative.
2nd Fresh cycle we only had 1 to put in..negative.
3rd fresh cycle we just did last month. we only had 2. We put both in and I just found out 2 weeks ago I am pregnant. I have my first sono Thursday to see how many took!!

1st :Transferred 2 = 4 y/o DD
2nd: transferred 1 (our only embryo) = chemical
3rd: transferred 2 = 2 y/o DS
I was over 35 for all cycles.

How many transfer on first ivf
All 35 or under. This is what I have trasnferred.
IVF 1 Transferred 2 day 5s Negative
IVF 2 Transferred 2 day 5s Chemical
FET Transferred 2 Chemical
IVF 3 Transferred 2 day 5s and had DS
FET Transferred 1 (only had 1 frozen from DS cycle) Miscarriage
Just did another retrieval and will be transferring 2 day 3s
I was okay with multiples so I always opted for transferring 2.

Fresh Cycle 1 transferred 1 (all I had)= my 3.5 year old DD
Fresh Cycle 2 transferred 1= Miscarriage
FET transferred 1= my 5 month old DD.
I was under 35 for all transfers. I would have asked to transferred 2 for my first IVF cycle because I would have been fine with twins but I only had 1 to transfer. For fresh cycle 2, 2.5 years later they wanted to transfer 2 but I opted for only 1 since I didn't want to further increase my chances of multiples.
ETA: Just realized I never really answered your question. Given your age and willingness to have multiples I would say transfer 2. Some doctors won't though. LI IVF made me watch a video back in 2012 about how they strive to transfer the least amount of embryos to increase your chances of having a safe and healthy singleton.

Unexplained IF. We transferred 2 our first cycle (and were ok with multiples). We had twin boys from that cycle. When my twins were 8 months old, we got pregnant on our own (not trying, my cycles were still getting regulated as I had breastfed for 3 months, I really didn't think we would get pregnant on our own as we tried so long for them). We have 3 boys now and I couldn't imagine our life any other way  .
