With both, I gained almost 50 lbs!!  I would have gained even more with my second but I had gestational diabetes and was on a pretty limited diet my last 6-7 weeks of pregnancy to avoid medication.
I'm on my third pregnancy, and started out about 11 lbs higher than my normal weight. I'm expecting similar weight gain, if not more. Sigh

It varies so greatly. With my first pregnancy I gained 20 lbs (started off about 10 lbs overweight) and lost even more as soon as the delivery was over. This pregnancy so far now at 20 weeks I have not gained anything (lost 3 lbs, now just about back at my starting weight). I started this pregnancy at about 10 more than my previous weight (so 20lbs overweight). I don't have much of an appetite and it's just something that my body does I guess when pregnant. Every single one of us responds to pg differently.

Both pregnancies were somewhere between 20-30 pounds at the end. First time I gained less than the second time.
