How much fluid does your 18-23 mth drink daily?
How much does your DC drink? And amts of fluid? My DD would drink ALL day if I let her. Not even sure how much fluid she is supposed to have.

21 months old
8 oz of milk in the morning
A sippy cup of water throughout the day, sometimes 2.
Then a sippy cup of water/milk for dinner.

i still give sash 2 bottles because otherwise she wouldn't drink enough, since she never downs a sippy. So..with the bottles, it's about 16 oz of milk an ox of prune juice and 6 to 10 oz of water.

3 8 oz sippies of milk, but I may be weaning her off of one of them...and one to two sippies of water throughout the day

Wow my DD does drink ALOT.
She will drink an 8 oz milk in am, 8 oz in PM, maybe 5 oz during day.
Then she will have at least 12-14 oz of water with juice (for constipation).
Do you think that sounds odd? She is always asking to drink, asking for "JUICE" (just means drink to her) even if she just drank 9 oz of water/juice or milk. She eats good too though.
Then again, she was a big drinker even when born, always a big drinker so it's not odd for her a I guess.

It's fine that she is a good drinker, she's staying hydrated then. I actually wish DS would drink more.

DD is 21 months old and has about 18 oz. milk per day and about 8-16 oz. of water per day. We do not give her juice. HTH!

No its not odd. My DS is the same why especially with all this heat we are having. he is always asking for a drink and no one around him can have a drink with out him asking for one too.
I am not concerned at all. He gets milk in the morning after breakfast, before his nap and before bed. the rest of the day it is ice water or watered down juice.
My only concern with his heavy drinking is how much harder it will be to potty train him. I hope this is just due to the extreme summer heat we are having and that he will slow down the drinking when the weather cools down. He is 19 months right now so I hope to potty train during the winter/early spring
