How much water do you drink daily?
I know I've been pretty good but I am trying to see where I stack up.
Especially with my elevated BP yesterday.
Do you drink your 8 eight oz glasses?
More?
I know I probably get close to 8 a day- I don't really keep track but I know it's close.
I was just wondering if that is enough....

I thought I was drinking enough and when I went to the dr they told me I had to drink more. So yesterday I drank 5 sport bottles of water and a small one and then 2 glasses of water. I know I went overboard but I didnt have any swelling this morning!

i try to drink as much as i can but i'm sure it's not enough...i try to have 2-3 the poland spring medium bottles (says 1pt 7.7oz) and i have coffee tea and seltzer during the day too

I drink at least one 1 liter bottle at work. When I get home I usually have another glass with dinner.

i drink somewhere between 2 and 3 liters of water a day. i have other drinks (like milk or decalf tea) but I always make sure to drink at least 2 L of straight up water.

I used to drink about 6 glasses of water a day and then my other drinks throughout the day.. Now that my ankles have swelled up soo much, i'm trying to drink 10 or more to see it if helps.

I drink when 1.5 liter (50.7 OZ) while I'm at the office, then more when i get home.

drink about 5 or 6 Poland Spring bottles/day plus 2 glass of OJ. I am pretty sure it still isn't enough, so I am trying to work on it!

I would say about 8 glasses a day...but I love water and I'm always thirsty. It's the only "healthy" thing I actually like.

My doctor said he wants me to drink a gallon a day!  I drink about 2 of the medium size poland spring bottles, and some seltzer.

I try to get in 3-5, 16.9 oz bottles of water. Probably not enough but sometimes that's all i can get in.

I was drinking about 40 ounces a day when I started getting cramping/contraction like feelings at night and my OB told me to drink more
Now I drink close to 100oz a day. At work ONLY I fill up my 30oz bottle twice and then when I go home I constantly have a big glass next to me.
I have found that I can drink more water if its not cold, so I leave my bottle out of the fridge now!

I always feel like no matter how much I am drinking it should be more. I have this 20oz Starbucks refillable cold cup, looks like an ice coffee cup I use most of the time when I am home. I drink at least 40oz of water w/ lemon in that a day. I also make decaf unsweetened ice tea that I keep in the fridge so one or two glasses of that. I also have a tall glass of water with dinner. After dinner I usually have another cup of decaf hot tea w/ nothing in it. Now writing this I defin think I am getting enough between the decaf tea, plain water, flavored seltzer, etc..

I literally force myself to drink 4 pint glasses a day. (64 ozs) If I have 5, that's a huge accomplishment for me. lol

Well more water is always better. Also if you start to feel crampy the first thing you should do it drink alot of water, which is probably why I am always feeling crampy. I was the same way with my first DD, I always have a hard time drinking alot of fluids.
